when you instal a system ,this HP nc4010 nc4000 laptop need reboot from DVD-Rom.
how to set System BIOS boot devices?
at this point,I want to complain Hp company.Is in the details, HP did a very poor.for example(e.g.) the methodof set USB-dvdRom boot is very complex.I believe 99 percent user cann’t set this.More unreasonable is HP laptop have not a driving-disc,user must download from website by yourself.or network card is not even how to download network 
driver installation was also very strict order,the cost of drive CD is very cheap.faint.
And now, men, let us get to business.
this way refers only to HP Compaq nc4010 nc4000 laptop,
problem description:
when you reinstall new operating system for your Hp nc4010 or NC4000 Laptop,you must need set reboot from DVDrom.
if you know a the right approach,you just stand by anxiously.
Solution:
please confirm that USB-DVDrom have connected your laptop before you boot your laptop,
reboot your laptop and press F10 key enter laptop motherboard BIOS seting.
please switch to Advanced menu and choose Device Options.
1.find “USB legacy support” menu and set it to Enable.
2.press F10 key and saved.
3.switch “ Security” menu and choose “Device Security”
4.choose “CD-ROM boot and/or Floppy boot” menu and set it to “Enable”.
5.press F10 key and saved.
6.switch “File“menu and choose”Save Changes and Exit“,press F10 key for save.laptop will reboot.
than enter BIOS again,chenge System BIOS boot devices.
1.enter “setup”
2.switch Advanced menu?choose “Boot Options”
3.set”MutiBoot Option” to “enable”
4.if the USB-DVDrom have connected your laptop,this USB-DVDrom will be show in “Boot Order”
5.modify this order,set USB boot to top.press F10 key and saved.
6.switch “File“menu and choose”Save Changes and Exit“,press F10 key for save.laptop will reboot.
ok,your HP Compaq nc4010 nc4000 laptop will boot from USB-DVDrom.

Can't get VGA driver to download on to laptop?I'm trying to download a video drive for my HP laptop and the driver will not show in my device manager and and the yellow question mark show up as device not found.

hey man, i have an acer aspire 3020. I followed up your suggestions step by step, but once I run the .exe file, it gets to a succesful end, but still no wireless icon pops up, and neither my wireless system seems to work…Can that be due to the fact that i installed both the original wlan drivers first ad so there’s a kind of conflict? Help!!!
that might be, I am not sure for aspire, you can try uninstalling all and do it again, also read other comment ( comment from 88xavierx88 might be helpful )

try a cry baby wah, chorus,or flanger sometime puting something on what you have is all you need if you dont want to change your sound to much just get a delay Pedal just so you know i use the amp for my distortion and overdrive

Have your parents hire you a tutor if you say they are as rich as they are. I suggest that you buckle down and try harder. School shouldn't be majorly about friends. Friends should be secondary to school. Your parents won't always be there to help you with money in life. You need to have an education to fall back on. If need be, stay in on weekends or even just week nights to study instead of going out with friends. Ask teachers to explain the work better to you after school. Best of luck to you and by the way, being rich and cute won't get you very far in life. You need to have a brain too.
