Help answer the question about install windows vista

Can I install Parallels after I use Boot Camp to install Windows Vista?
I got a MacBook Pro that came with Boot Camp. I got a copy of Vista Business, and I used Boot Camp to build a partition and install Vista. I don't like restarting everytime, so I want to switch to parallels. Do I have to delete the partition and erase the Windows side, then reinstall it after I get Parallels? Or can I install Parallels now and have it bridge the gap?
