Windows Xp Registry Cleaners – How to Select the Best Windows Xp Registry Cleaners

In need of a registry fix? I think I can help. Are you getting the windows blue screen? Wondering “why is my computer so slow”? Or perhaps software and hardware are not running properly and you are getting some kind of windows error message. Whatever the reason, we all need Windows XP registry cleaners at some point.

The longer we use our computers the more our registries need to be cleaned up. As new software is installed or older software uninstalled, there is a congestion of information in the registry directory. This excesses information slows down the computer and causes different errors to occur. Our computers are not smart enough to get rid of useless and corrupted information on their own. That is why we need a Windows XP registry cleaner to do it for us.

The best registry cleaner should be able to fix broken links, missing paths, and remove invalid entries. It is also important to repair DLL, Runtime, and Kernel errors. These errors can often cause computer crashing, freezing, and other serious problems.

Another feature of an excellent Windows XP registry cleaner is the ability to optimize your computer to achieve peak performance. There are many areas in our computer that can be optimized to speed up your computer dramatically. Use software that can take a snapshot of your system and repair those areas instantly.

And lastly, be certain that your registry repair software can create a backup of your directory first. If anything goes wrong you need to be able to protect yourself by reverting to the original settings. This is a feature that you should not overlook when deciding on an XP registry repair tool.

With so many different Windows XP Registry Cleaners, it can be rather difficult to choose the best. But these are the core features that any registry cleaner should have. I personally use software that incorporates all of these features and more. If you are interested you can check out the software below.

  5. when you start your computer, put the disk in and when it comes up saying "searching for boot from cd rom, etc" it should read the disk and say press any key to boot from cd rom, hit enter and follow what it tells you to do. Good luck and hope this helps

  6. I would suggest a full system restore replacing the Windows XP with the correct version of Windows ME. As explained from other members here, insert the system recovery disks if you have these and follow the instructions. This will completely remove all existing Windows XP profiles and will restore your laptop back to factory state after a full system restore.

It is also very likely that your laptop is not capable of working with Windows XP as a result of insufficient system resources on your laptop which is one reason why your laptop is not preforming at its optimum proficiency.

  7. Nope. XP kind of sucks that way. It ONLY recognizes drivers on floppy disks during installation. The only alternative would be to slipstream the service packs and drivers onto a copy of XP. Use this free program called nLite for that. (WARNING: Not easy for novices)

  8. No it can’t

  9. OEM has little to no support, can only be used with one computer, and costs less.

Retail has full support, can be used with more than one computer, but costs a lot more.

i personally go with retail, just because if you are upgrading your computer then windows has a chance of thinking you have a different computer when something new is installed.

oem is good for single builds. that is why it is included with most brand name computers like Dell, Gateway, HP, etc. pre-installed.

  10. Right click on your desktop, go down to "Properties," select the "Appearance" tab, and there should be a couple drop-down boxes for you to click on and change the appearance from "Windows Classic" to "Windows XP Theme" and then the box under it is different colors.

  11. alright i did this but my connection still keeps failing and i dnt hv a wifi connection help please message my channel

  12. XP licenses are technically only allowed to be installed twice: once on your laptop and once on your desktop. Anything other than that is a legal violation. If XP has not been activated twice already then you shouldn't have any problems with the activation key.

  13. hi but i dont even see my xbox on there just the wifi one HELP ???

  14. Can this crash youre computer??

  15. wat if you bridge it and the internet connection goes away. but when you remove the wireless conection it gets internet back

  16. they're called tabs… on your taskbar… not toolbars… but, you have to close them all individually or all at once by right clicking and selecting "close group":… if you just want to minimize them… click on an empty section of your task bar and you can select "show the desktop"

OH and if you're using the internet… may I suggest tab browsing… Internet explorer now has it… and firefox has always had it… In internet explorer go to "tools" and select internet options. then in the general tab select "settings" next to "tabs" and enable tabs. that way, all of your windows will be organized for you at the top of your screen, and you can close all tabs at once if you wish.

  17. WgA validation go to this http://www.microsoft.com/Genuine/ and click validate windows

  18. Some people have two partitions so that if the system is infected with a virus the data in the second partition won't be infected.
Also, some people have *three* partitions with one XP, one Linux and one FAT partition that both systems can read.
